Every beat purchased from FIVESIXSPINS includes the same Commercial License. This license is designed to keep the purchasing process simple while giving artists the freedom to commercially release music using our instrumentals.

By purchasing or downloading a beat from FIVESIXSPINS, you agree to the terms below.

What Your License Includes

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, commercial license to use the instrumental in your own original musical recordings.

You may:

  • Record vocals over the instrumental.
  • Release an unlimited number of songs using the purchased beat.
  • Distribute your songs on streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL, and similar services.
  • Monetize your music and videos on platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Non-Exclusive License

All beats sold by FIVESIXSPINS are licensed non-exclusively.

This means the same instrumental may be licensed to multiple artists.

Ownership

Your purchase grants you permission to use the instrumental under this Commercial License.

Ownership of the underlying instrumental and all rights not expressly granted in this agreement remain reserved by FIVESIXSPINS.

Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of the instrumental itself.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the instrumental by itself.
  • Upload the instrumental by itself to streaming platforms.
  • Claim authorship or ownership of the instrumental by itself.
  • Sell, sublicense, transfer, or give away the instrumental.
  • Include the instrumental in sample packs, beat libraries, stock music collections, or similar products.
  • Use the instrumental to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Remove or alter any identifying information included with the download, if applicable.

AI Disclosure

Some instrumentals available through FIVESIXSPINS may incorporate AI-generated or AI-assisted musical elements.

Every beat is professionally selected, curated, mixed, and prepared for commercial release before being offered for licensing.

This disclosure does not change the commercial usage rights granted under this License Agreement.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds, returns, or exchanges cannot be provided once files have been downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

FIVESIXSPINS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of any instrumental or digital download.

Changes to This Agreement

FIVESIXSPINS may update this License Agreement from time to time. The version in effect on the date of purchase will apply to that purchase.

Return Policy

Return and Rebooking Policy

At FIVE SIX SPINS, we strive to provide excellent service and high-quality products. Please review our return and rebooking policies below:

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their session for a full refund up to 72 hours before the scheduled session time. If you cancel your session within 72 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged the rescheduling fee based on session length (see below). Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the forfeiture of the entire session cost.

Rescheduling Policy:

Clients may reschedule their session without a fee up to 72 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduling requests made between 72 to 24 hours before the session will incur the following fees:

• $75 for 3-hour sessions

• $100 for 6-hour (Half Day) sessions

• $150 for 10-hour (Full Day) sessions

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session cannot be accommodated, and the cost of the session will be forfeited.

Clothing Merchandise

We accept returns for clothing merchandise within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Additional Information

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
